The launch of this next addition to their family of stores is fast approaching and so they are now starting to build the team and a key role will be that of the Kitchen Designer. As a vital member of the team, you will design and sell their stunning kitchens in response to both walk-in enquiries and qualified sales leads from national campaigns. This exciting new showroom will consist of a modern barn-like building with a full-height space and mezzanine library suspended above.

They are looking for an individual who will: inspire, excite and support their customers from design concept to installation; create, present and exchange thoughts on designs, styles, colours and finishes; manage multiple projects ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout.

You’ll be a friendly and outgoing person with a confident and articulate manner and have a highly professional approach to business. Experienced in kitchen design using AutoCAD, or similar design packages you’ll also have project coordination and administration skills together with strong presentation and communication skills and be fluent in both spoken and written English. Flexible working from Monday to Saturday (40 hours per week) with Saturday’s on a rota basis and a day off in lieu.

They are a large team of passionate, committed professionals who excel in delivering a personable, yet professional service and are currently seeking a Design Account Manager to join the team.

This role requires a strong, driven and experienced sales individual to drive sales and profit with new and existing clients, whilst managing accounts and relationships proactively. Predominately covering the South East region, this is a field-based, customer centric role, in which the ideal candidate will employ a consultative approach, taking their influencing skills to clients directly.

Regularly meeting with customers, you will be equally as comfortable communicating with them on a one to one basis as you would be delivering presentations to a group of clients. The ability to listen, build rapport and use intuitive approaches to manage professional relationships with our highly regarded key accounts is essential to this role.

With a University degree, or the ability to demonstrate a good standard in literacy and numeracy, you’ll ideally come from a property development sales, associated construction industry, supply or interior design sales background. With experience in sales project management you’ll have a good understanding of continuous improvement techniques, lead generation and business development. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentational) will be needed along with the ability to operate self-sufficiently in a principally field based role. You’ll be organised, self-reliant, adept at prioritising, able to meet deadlines, demonstrate the potential to operate at a tactical level and show strategic thinking. Good computer literacy (specifically Excel) will also be needed.

We are an expanding interior design consultancy specialising in providing innovative design-led solutions for the Care Industry. We are currently seeking a creative and proactive Middleweight Interior Designer with strong FF&E design skills and good attention to detail to join our small, friendly team. The role will focus on developing design concepts from brief through to client presentation and production of associated information packages. Knowledge of the Care Industry is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for candidates with a Degree level qualification or equivalent in a design related discipline together with a minimum 2 years’ commercial interior design experience. You’ll need to be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Excel & PowerPoint as well as being organised, responsible and able to work on your own initiative. Good verbal and written communication skills will be needed and you’ll be personable, well-presented and have your own car.

With AutoCAD 2D + 3D skills and 2 – 3 years’ relevant experience you’ll be proficient in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, PSP and PowerPoint (knowledge of Pcon Planner would be advantageous). You’ll have an eye for detail and for interior design together with good organisational and multi-tasking skills. The ability to work as part of a large workforce in an exciting fast moving atmosphere will be important too.
