This creative agency specialises in branding for high-end property developers and their Interiors team develop schemes for luxury marketing suites designed to complement the branding along with high-end showhomes and residential projects. They seek an additional designer to join the team and it would suit an all-rounder as the role involves working from concept design, presentation, FF&E specification and procurement to onsite installation and styling.

You’ll be: supporting the Head of Design to ensure all Interior Design projects are delivered on time and within budget; preparing sample boards for client presentations; specifying any bespoke furniture required; ensuring all budget sheets and specification sheets are approved and kept up to date; producing drawing packages to include plans and elevations; developing joinery detailing skills working with HOD and external joinery suppliers; helping to ensure all FF&E orders are placed in time; building supplier relationships.

Qualified to degree level in Interior Design and with a minimum of 2 years’ residential experience to include showhomes you’ll be proficient in VectorWorks, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D visualisation an advantage). On-site styling experience for showhomes would also be beneficial.

With a passion for design and design trends and knowledge of FF&E you’ll be enthusiastic, motivated, ambitious and have a desire to constantly learn and develop. Organised and able to multi-task you’ll be calm under pressure, confident and approachable, pragmatic and flexible and able to build strong working relationships with external suppliers.

This role requires a strong, driven and experienced sales individual to drive sales and profit with new and existing clients, whilst managing accounts and relationships proactively. Predominately covering the South East region, this is a field-based, customer centric role, in which the ideal candidate will employ a consultative approach, taking their influencing skills to clients directly.

Regularly meeting with customers, you will be equally as comfortable communicating with them on a one to one basis as you would be delivering presentations to a group of clients. The ability to listen, build rapport and use intuitive approaches to manage professional relationships with our highly regarded key accounts is essential to this role.

With a University degree, or the ability to demonstrate a good standard in literacy and numeracy, you’ll ideally come from a property development sales, associated construction industry, supply or interior design sales background. With experience in sales project management you’ll have a good understanding of continuous improvement techniques, lead generation and business development. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentational) will be needed along with the ability to operate self-sufficiently in a principally field based role. You’ll be organised, self-reliant, adept at prioritising, able to meet deadlines, demonstrate the potential to operate at a tactical level and show strategic thinking. Good computer literacy (specifically Excel) will also be needed.

This leading manufacturer of aesthetic, high quality bespoke joinery operates nationwide and offer total management of joinery packages, from initial site survey through to installation. They are a fast growing company with a high level of repeat clients and new customers joining their portfolio constantly and seek a technical Joinery Designer.

The successful candidate will be required to produce a high standard of detailed 3D models in Solid Edge, producing renders in Keyshot, and detailed 2D technical drawings via the draft stages. Once finalised, the drawings are then used for the manufacturing processes in their onsite factory and site fitting. Take offs for CNC milling and other outsourced material production will also be required directly from the 3D models into a CAD format, so accuracy is vital.

Manufacturing and pre-installation construction takes place in house, so good communication is required between sales, projects management, design team, production and the joiners, to resolve any potential design and material issues.

This role would be ideal for a technical designer with 2 to 4 years’ experience of bespoke joinery and resistant materials, who is passionate about problem solving the complexities of bringing different materials together to realise the client’s aspirations. You’ll need experience of 3D CAD packages (Solid Edge would be a bonus but SolidWorks would be fine). With knowledge from within the cabinet making, fitted kitchen or bespoke joinery industry you’ll also be familiar with a wide range of materials as they deal with timber, panel products, solid surfaces, stone, glass and steel.

In addition to this, you will raise quotations, revise quotations, raise invoices and enter orders. Finally, you will represent the Company at trade shows (e.g. Decorex) and host showroom drop-in appointments.
