This leading supplier of beautiful bespoke wardrobes and dressing rooms for luxury residential properties bestow a personable approach with every design reflecting the individual lifestyle and storage needs of each client. As a thriving online business their website is their “shop front” and they need to increase their design sales force to meet the demand for their products.
They currently have a few opportunities in different regions to join their field-based team including a Business Development Manager for the county of Essex. All leads will be generated in-house and you will be given an average of 40 enquiries per month to contact, arrange visits and convert into design and sales.
You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and selling within the luxury interiors sector (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms or other fitted furniture) and be CAD literate. You’ll be well-presented, a good listener and able to generate a first impression that creates confidence with their discerning clients. Able to manage your own diary and arrange client visits you’ll understand the specific storage needs of the client. Creative and able to produce high-quality designs you should be meticulous and accurate whilst taking site measurements for the in-house drawing and quotation teams. This role will need you to be mobile with your own car to visit clients.
Basic Salary is £36,000 + 3% commission on sales (OTE of £80k), plus bonus’ on a sliding scale, the ability to work from home and expenses.
