|Title||Furniture and Interior Illustrator, Bristol|
|Salary||£22,000 to £24,000 plus Pension|
This company specialises within interior architecture for historical and period properties. They work directly with their clients who come to them for their expertise and beautiful pieces of furniture, joinery and workmanship for their Country and London Town Houses across the UK and abroad. Everything they design is completely bespoke, and their modern 12,000 sq.ft. workshop houses a dedicated team of cabinet-makers and finishers.
They have a newly created opening for a recent graduate who has great digital design skills and can create imagery for client presentations from 2D CAD drawings. The remit will be to make 3D models look like a water colour or an oil painting or whatever image / visual is suited to the particular client. The role has the potential to grow and develop into other aspects within their business.
With a degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design or Architecture you’ll have strong digital design skills and a good knowledge of Autodesk packages, in particular SketchUp. You’ll need an understanding of architectural interiors, joinery and fitted furniture alongside a creative, enquiring mind and an interest in historical research of architecture and period properties. You’ll need to live locally as they are not considering candidates who need to relocate or work remotely.
Salary is £22,000 to £24,000 plus pension. If this matches yourself and you enjoy creating digital images then send us your CV and examples of work to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also apply via our other website www.careersindesign.com/design-jobs/1105.
