This large international Architectural and Interior Design practice and is well known for handling high-end residential projects, royal palaces, hotels, universities, hospitals and airports, particularly in the Middle East. With the design studio based in West London, they are currently extremely busy on a number of large scale projects and seek to fill a variety of positions.

Senior FF&E Designer: running FF&E projects from handling the brief from the client, sourcing, specifying and procuring through to hand over on site. This role will be client facing and so overseas travel will be required from time to time. You must have at least 8 years’ experience on residential projects with excellent knowledge of FF&E, suppliers, fabric houses, listing and documenting and great attention to detail.

Senior Interior Designer: working on a variety of projects to include initial brief, concept, design drawings, colour schemes then handing over to the FF&E team and overseeing to site. They are seeking specialists in both the residential marketplace and in healthcare so you will need at least 6 years’ experience in either and capable of handling large projects, a number at a time. You will also need to be CAD and Photoshop literate.

Procurement Specialist: handling all of the procurement on the larger residential and commercial projects. You are likely to have worked for either a larger design / architectural practice or as an in-house role within a hotel chain and should have an excellent understanding of procurement.

Admin / Design Support: for this they are seeking immediate starters who will be supporting the FF&E team on a variety of tasks such as administration, invoicing, documenting, maintaining the fabric library, chasing suppliers and there may be a chance to be trained within FF&E. You must be very organised, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, have worked in an office environment previously, have an interest in design and be fully IT literate.
