They work from concept to installation, bestowing a personable approach with every design reflecting the individual lifestyle and storage needs of each client. As an online business their website is their “shop front” and despite the current challenging economic conditions, they are thriving as a business and need to increase their design sales force to meet the demand for their products.
Ideally based within a 20 miles radius of Macclesfield your area will stretch as far as Preston and Liverpool, across to Leeds and down as far as Leicestershire. All leads will be generated in-house and you will be given an average of 40 enquiries per month to contact, arrange visits and convert into design and sales. You’ll get extensive training and support for you to succeed and have the ability to work from home.
You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and selling within the luxury interiors sector (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms or other fitted furniture) plus VectorWorks, AutoCAD or ArtiCAD skills. You’ll be well-presented, a good listener and able to generate a first impression that creates confidence with their discerning clients. Creative and able to produce high-quality designs you’ll also be meticulous and accurate whilst taking site measurements for the in-house drawing and quotation teams.
Basic Salary is £25,000 + 5% commission on sales (OTE of £60k), pension and expenses. An option also on offer is “No basic and a straight 10% commission on sales”.
