With a Degree or further qualifications in Furniture Design (or similar design aspect), you’ll have bespoke furniture making experience and be able to convert design concepts into technical furniture drawings for manufacture using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. You’ll also possess confidence and good communication skills when speaking with workshops, suppliers and customers. There will be occasional flexible working to accommodate deadlines and production timelines (working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm).

The success and growth of the business is expanding and they are looking to fill the position of Design Sales Consultant. This could be an ideal role for someone wanting to take their career to the next level and who is self-motivated and genuinely loves meeting new people. You’ll be proactively contacting and visiting Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Contractors as well as contacting existing clients to maintain and grow these relationships.

You should already have some previous experience of Interior Design and its products from a customer facing role, preferably sales and have a passion for interiors and design. This role will need you to be commercially astute and results driven, being able to achieve growth and hit sales targets. You’ll be great at negotiating with a confident presentation style and excellent communication skills.

This could suit someone who lives in London and can easily commute in and around the capital, coming to the office twice a month. It could also suit someone local to the office and workshop in Lancashire who can get the train and commute down to London 2/3 days a week. You will need a full UK driving licence, your own car and your own phone. Working hours will be Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with flexibility over evening and weekend appointments.

The success and growth of the business is expanding and they are looking to fill the position of Office Manager.

The main function of the role is to assist with the day-to-day running of the company and the ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of sales administration, processing invoices and customer service. Responsibilities will include arranging travel and accommodation; meeting agendas and minute taking; providing support and the processing of purchase invoices, receipts, purchase orders, credit control, sending sales invoices, cash flow. There will also be general departmental administration and scanning / filing of financial and relevant information plus answering the telephone, logging calls and dealing with any enquiries.

This role does not necessarily have to be full time. It could suit someone who is looking for work during school hours and wants to work every day but between 9am – 3pm for example, or someone who can work 4 full days with one day off. Currently seeking a Junior Designer, the remit will be to initially assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the business, managing workshops and projects and liaising with both clients and suppliers.

There will also be time set aside for the Junior Designer to work on renders and drawings which will be based on live projects they are currently working on or quoting for. The Junior Designer will work alongside, report to, and be mentored by the Senior Designer.

They are looking to recruit a 3D photo realistic visualizer, with an eye for detail and image composition and with a working knowledge of the fundamentals of 3D product visualisation. The applicant should possess all the necessary skills to produce highly accurate 3D representations of products or interior schemes to show the products off in their best light. Able to use industry standard 3D software and a working knowledge of global illumination is essential.

They will also need excellent hand visualization skills such as sketching and marker rendering.
