They are now seeking an individual to work as one of their Furniture Specifiers / Space Planners within their design department. This role requires a creative individual to work in the show home market, where you will be required to work on a variety of designs in line with the clients brief. Alongside a designer, you will be planning the layouts and sourcing the latest in design-led furniture. You will be part of a team that manages the work of turning a customer’s requirements into a reality.

With a relevant design qualification and knowledge of residential furniture suppliers, you should have good space planning skills and some experience already gained on residential projects or show homes. Proficiency with VectorWorks and Photoshop would be a distinct advantage and Excel a must. An eye for proportion and colour, along with good listening and understanding skills are other attributes needed for this role.

These roles are to work in the show home market. You will be required to work on a variety of design styles to plan the design of living environments for many major house builders. Working to a brief you will then manage the work of turning a customer’s requirements into a reality. Designing spaces that are practical for their purpose as well as visually pleasing, bringing our designs to life.

With relevant qualifications in design and experience of residential interiors, ideally, showhomes you’ll have knowledge of window and soft furnishing treatments and an eye for proportion / colour / balance. With state of the art in-house production facilities and a creative and technical studio they are looking for three Design Technicians. The successful candidates will take inspiring design concepts and using CAD software turn the designs into a set of engineering drawings for in-house manufacture including CNC, laser work, hand making, leatherwork and finishing as well as outsourced parts made by external sub-contractors. You will also be preparing a bill of materials to be sourced and ordered by purchasing.

With at least 4 years’ experience of bespoke furniture making and construction at a luxury level you’ll need fluency in 2D CAD and ideally 3D using Rhino. They are a large team of passionate, committed professionals who excel in delivering a personable, yet professional service and are currently seeking a Design Account Manager to join the team.

This role requires a strong, driven and experienced sales individual to drive sales and profit with new and existing clients, whilst managing accounts and relationships proactively. Predominately covering the South East region, this is a field-based, customer centric role, in which the ideal candidate will employ a consultative approach, taking their influencing skills to clients directly.

Regularly meeting with customers, you will be equally as comfortable communicating with them on a one to one basis as you would be delivering presentations to a group of clients. The ability to listen, build rapport and use intuitive approaches to manage professional relationships with our highly regarded key accounts is essential to this role.

With a University degree, or the ability to demonstrate a good standard in literacy and numeracy, you’ll ideally come from a property development sales, associated construction industry, supply or interior design sales background. With experience in sales project management you’ll have a good understanding of continuous improvement techniques, lead generation and business development. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentational) will be needed along with the ability to operate self-sufficiently in a principally field based role. You’ll be organised, self-reliant, adept at prioritising, able to meet deadlines, demonstrate the potential to operate at a tactical level and show strategic thinking. Good computer literacy (specifically Excel) will also be needed.

They supply to a wide and varied range of clients across the private and public sector supplying bespoke and mass produced products for the home and are continually enhancing their range to meet trends within the market place. They are looking to recruit a 3D photo realistic visualizer, with an eye for detail and image composition and with a working knowledge of the fundamentals of 3D product visualisation. The applicant should possess all the necessary skills to produce highly accurate 3D representations of products or interior schemes to show the products off in their best light. Able to use industry standard 3D software and a working knowledge of global illumination is essential.

They will also need excellent hand visualization skills such as sketching and marker rendering. A self-starter you will need effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills, meticulous and be thoroughly organised. Qualified in Product / Industrial Design you will also need an understanding of a wide variety of materials and manufacturing processes, with a confident and assertive approach to work.
