They cater for every place from a single office to a global HQ, from universities to conference halls, from canteens to libraries. Their in-house space planning team works as a resource for the whole organisation comprised of an International group of companies. They are looking for someone to add their creative skills and provide space planning and technical product support.

As space planning team leader you’ll be working with the internal and external sales teams to provide them with the following support: the production of creative and inspiring 3D interior design proposals using Pcon Planner; up-to-date industry colour and product trends to ensure the space planning team are creating interesting and relevant content for clients; 2D layout drawings using AutoCAD; specifying and quoting special products from the Company’s Collections; liaising with clients on projects from idea generation through to transaction.

With strong creative skills you’ll have experience in space planning using AutoCAD (Pcon Planner would be beneficial but not essential) plus good numerical, organisational and administrative skills. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and written communication skills together with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly understand and use proprietary IT systems. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to operate at all levels and a positive and progressive attitude will be needed.

They are a large team of passionate, committed professionals who excel in delivering a personable, yet professional service and are currently seeking a Design Account Manager to join the team.

This role requires a strong, driven and experienced sales individual to drive sales and profit with new and existing clients, whilst managing accounts and relationships proactively. Predominately covering the South East region, this is a field-based, customer centric role, in which the ideal candidate will employ a consultative approach, taking their influencing skills to clients directly.

Regularly meeting with customers, you will be equally as comfortable communicating with them on a one to one basis as you would be delivering presentations to a group of clients. The ability to listen, build rapport and use intuitive approaches to manage professional relationships with our highly regarded key accounts is essential to this role.

With a University degree, or the ability to demonstrate a good standard in literacy and numeracy, you’ll ideally come from a property development sales, associated construction industry, supply or interior design sales background. With experience in sales project management you’ll have a good understanding of continuous improvement techniques, lead generation and business development. Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentational) will be needed along with the ability to operate self-sufficiently in a principally field based role. You’ll be organised, self-reliant, adept at prioritising, able to meet deadlines, demonstrate the potential to operate at a tactical level and show strategic thinking. Good computer literacy (specifically Excel) will also be needed.
