This company specialise in creating beautiful bespoke furniture, designing and producing high-end, innovative furniture from fitted studies and libraries, through to freestanding pieces and Superyacht furniture. The success and growth of the business is expanding and they are looking to fill the position of Office Manager.
The main function of the role is to assist with the day-to-day running of the company and the ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of sales administration, processing invoices and customer service. Responsibilities will include arranging travel and accommodation; meeting agendas and minute taking; providing support and the processing of purchase invoices, receipts, purchase orders, credit control, sending sales invoices, cash flow. There will also be general departmental administration and scanning / filing of financial and relevant information plus answering the telephone, logging calls and dealing with any enquiries.
This role does not necessarily have to be full time. It could suit someone who is looking for work during school hours and wants to work every day but between 9am – 3pm for example, or someone who can work 4 full days with one day off. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (full time) or Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm (part time which can be discussed and flexible)
