This company is one of the industry’s leaders in providing show home interior design to the UK’s corporate property development sector. Focused solely on the specialist area of show home design, they aim to set the industry standard in design creativity and service levels to their clients. They are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join their busy sales administration team.
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, this role requires a pro-active and organised individual to work alongside their Design Account Managers within the show home industry. Responsibilities include, all administration support for the Sales Team, updating of Design Schedules and Sales Forecast, ad-hoc quotes and general office administration and housekeeping.
With proficiency in Excel and Office IT systems and relevant administration experience you’ll be a confident and strong positive communicator with good attention to detail. You’ll need the ability to constantly prioritise workload so will be organised, pro-active and able to manage time effectively. Other attributes required are self-motivation, friendliness, approachability and perception.
