This British based furniture and lighting design company has its own workshop with highly skilled craftspeople. Along with selling to high net worth individuals they partner with interior designers, architects and other luxury retail companies, creating unique lighting and furniture. Every piece is made to order and they offer a bespoke service for one off projects.
Due to expansion they are recruiting a Sales Administrator with the primary focus of sales administration and lead conversion, assisting the Sales Director with new leads, pricing and the follow-up process. You will also support existing accounts and client orders. Training will be provided to ensure you are well versed in the company’s products, ethos and systems. With this training you will build extensive product knowledge and be able to navigate a longer sale with ease.
With a minimum of 4 years in Customer Service, Office Administration and Sales Administration you’ll be articulate, able to think quickly on your feet and have a passion for excellent customer service. You’ll need good numeracy, computer skills and be well-organised with a high level of decisiveness, friendliness and energy. An excellent telephone manner and very good verbal skills will be needed alongside knowledge of the high-end lighting, furniture and accessories sector.
